Position: Headhunter Consultant
職位:獵頭顧問(wèn)
Key Responsibilities (主要職責(zé))
1.Candidate Sourcing and Evaluation (候選人搜尋與評(píng)估)
-Use various channels (job boards, social media, headhunting techniques) to source potential candidates.
(通過(guò)多種渠道(招聘網(wǎng)站、社交媒體、獵頭技術(shù))搜尋潛在候選人。)
2.Screen and evaluate candidates based on client requirements, conducting interviews and background checks.
(根據(jù)客戶(hù)需求篩選和評(píng)估候選人,進(jìn)行面試及背景調(diào)查。)
3.Analyze industry trends to identify talent gaps and opportunities.
(分析行業(yè)趨勢(shì),發(fā)現(xiàn)人才缺口和機(jī)會(huì)。)
4.Create detailed talent maps for specific industries or roles as per client needs.
(根據(jù)客戶(hù)需求,為特定行業(yè)或職位制作詳細(xì)的人才地圖。)
5.Negotiation and Offer Management (談判與錄用管理)
-Facilitate communication between clients and candidates during the offer process.
(在錄用過(guò)程中,協(xié)調(diào)客戶(hù)與候選人之間的溝通。)
-Negotiate compensation packages to ensure a win-win outcome for both parties.
(談判薪酬方案,確保雙方共贏。)
-Database Management and Reporting (數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理與報(bào)告)
-Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in the internal database.
(在內(nèi)部數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中準(zhǔn)確記錄客戶(hù)和候選人的互動(dòng)情況。)
6.Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress and market insights.
(定期準(zhǔn)備招聘進(jìn)展和市場(chǎng)見(jiàn)解的報(bào)告。)
Qualifications and Requirements (資格與要求)
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher, Human Resources, Business, or related fields is a plus.
(本科及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源、商務(wù)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域優(yōu)先)
2.1-3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field is preferred.
(1-3年招聘、銷(xiāo)售或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。)
3.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
(出色的溝通與人際交往能力。)
4.Self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
(具有較強(qiáng)的自我激勵(lì)能力和以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向的思維方式。)
5.Proficient in both written and spoken English .
